PUMACAS ENGINEERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Approved ledger accounts are 30 days from the end of the following month of despatch. Accounts, which remain unpaid 30 days following the month of despatch, will automatically be placed on stop. New ledger accounts please forward two trade and one bank reference, despatch cannot be made until references are cleared.
Must be advised within 3 days receipt of goods otherwise we cannot accept claims.
The return of goods correctly supplied to order cannot be accepted without our written consent, and will be subject to a 10% handling charge of the net invoice value.
Please notify us within 14 days, late claims cannot be accepted.
In the event of cancellation or delay in schedule of an order specially produced to customer’s specification, we reserve the right to deliver and charge for any complete or part manufactured items. This includes specially purchased materials after 8 weeks expiry of original agreed scheduled dates.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Goods shall remain the property of Pumacas until full payment has been received and cleared.
Prices are exclusive of VAT.
We aim to despatch all orders from stock as soon as they placed. Please note however that products which need to be manufactured may incur a lead time. We will advise in writing the delivery schedule for any orders placed.
Any product which is perceived to be faulty or defective needs to be returned to Pumacas for investigation. We will credit or replace any product which deem to be defective. This excludes product which has been misused or over loaded.
PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS
Our prices and quotations are subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice. Although we make every effort to minimise any changes to specification this is sometimes necessary. As a manufacturer we are always looking at new designs which could lead to the improvement of a finished product.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
£25 for account customers' not applicable for cash sales.
